We strive to offer competitive prices on all travel products and services. Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice due to airline updates, supplier revisions, currency fluctuations, taxes, or other unforeseen circumstances. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued by AVON Tourism LLC. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
We accept the following payment methods: Cash payments at our office; Bank transfers or direct deposits into our official company bank account; Online payments via secure payment gateways; Major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed in accordance with applicable financial regulations.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, AVON Tourism LLC will issue a payment receipt by email or in person. This receipt serves as proof of payment for the travel services or products purchased from our website or office.
4.1 Flight Tickets: Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules and conditions of the respective airline. Any changes, cancellations, date modifications, or refunds are governed by the airline's applicable policies and fees. If a flight is cancelled by the airline, rebooking or alternative arrangements will be handled according to the airline's procedures.
4.2 Tours and Activities: Cancellations or amendments made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure are free of charge, subject to availability. Cancellations or amendments made between 24 and 48 hours before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or failure to arrive (No-Show) will incur 100% cancellation charges.
Tour itineraries, schedules, transportation, and included services may change due to weather conditions, airline schedule changes, government regulations, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, suitable alternative arrangements of similar value will be offered. Refunds will not be provided for delays, interruptions, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Hotel check-in and check-out times are governed by the individual hotel's policies. If the reserved hotel is unavailable due to operational reasons, we reserve the right to provide accommodation of a similar category and standard. AVON Tourism LLC is not responsible for early check-in or late check-out requests, which remain subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure. Travel insurance should ideally cover: Medical emergencies; Trip cancellation or interruption; Lost or delayed baggage; Passport loss; Personal accidents; Emergency evacuation. AVON Tourism LLC shall not be held responsible for any losses, expenses, or claims that could have been covered by travel insurance.
It is the sole responsibility of every traveler to ensure they possess: A valid passport; Required visas; National ID (where applicable); Vaccination or health certificates (if required); Any other documents required by immigration authorities. Travelers are advised to verify entry requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate before departure. AVON Tourism LLC shall not be liable for denied boarding, refused entry, trip cancellation, or financial losses resulting from incomplete, invalid, or expired travel documents.
